platform (INP)
pulse’s Intelligent Network Platform (INP) is an open, flexible, vendor agnostic platform that allows carriers and service providers to provide value added applications such as Intelligent Routing, Enhanced Toll Free, Peering, and Number Portability.
The INP family of applications supports multiple networks including wireless (GSM/3G/4G/WiMax/CDMA/W-CDMA), cable (IP/SIP, ENUM, ESPP), and wireline (IN, INAP, 5IP, ENUM, SIGTRAN). It also offers service creation capability to deploy new next generation applications to the marketplace quickly (e.g., blacklists/whitelists, do-not-call lists).

- Real-time advanced routing including least cost, quality of service, carrier commitment, wholesale, and subscribe-based routing
- Enhanced toll free routing including schedule-, location-, and traffic-based routing, media interaction, and block/bypass routing
- Peering including call minute and call volume limits, TOD/DOW/DOM/DOY limits, and call blocking
- Number portability including gateway functionality and intra-number portability
