Position: Junior Programmer Analyst

We are currently looking for a Junior Programmer Analyst to design, develop, test and support Telecom applications and products in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install platforms and provide 1st level support to customers regarding issues with the pulseINP product set.
- Create design document based on requirements\specification documents
- Design, develop, test and deploy Telecom applications using PulseINP platforms
- Design, develop, test and deploy WEB/Database applications using MS-SQL, Oracle, .NET, Java
- Provide support on server hardware (install, diagnose etc) and other 3rd party hardware like Dialogic cards
- Ability to learn Telecom signalling concepts in particular in SIP/IP and SS7 technologies
- Create new or modify existing user documentation(e.g., job preparation instructions, run dependencies, recovery procedures)
- Need to provide after hour support when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in programmer role.
- Must have working experience in Windows, Linux, Solaris environments
- Must have experience with Oracle/MS SQL databases to query development and manage maintenance.
- Understanding of or experience with dynamic web technologies. (.NET/JAVA)
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks and under multiple deadlines.
- Detail oriented; Self motivated; Technical problem solver
- Ability to learn new technologies as needed.
- Ability to cooperatively set and effectively attain goals in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
- Self-directed and collaborative work experience. Capability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Individuals with background in Telecom or billing/OSS environments will considered an asset.
- This is a progressive position and as such a person with the willingness to learn will have an advantage.
